The role requires five years in construction, five years as foreman, OSHA training, and strong communication. You will work with QA/QC and site management to resolve issues, report progress, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in the construction industry.
• Five years' experience as foreman.
• Must have OSHA Construction Basic Plus Safety Training Card.
• Civil construction and quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Aptitude in math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a crew of 1-15 employees; construct, erect, install and repair structures.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope, locations, quantities and sizes of materials.
• Identify tools required for tasks and safety risks; implement precautions.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to site priorities and plans.
• Regularly report project status to Site Manager and Site Civil Superintendent; maintain records with QA/QC.
• Manage civil/structural drawing red-line process and resolve conflicts.
