• Strong hands-on experience with residential construction.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.

• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Manage onsite construction activities from start to completion.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and manpower.
• Monitor project schedules and communicate any delays or issues.
• Inspect work throughout the construction process to ensure quality and code compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Identify and resolve construction issues in the field.
• Ensure crews follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Provide daily updates on job progress, manpower, materials, and potential issues.

• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite safety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Local construction experience in the Melbourne/Brevard County area is preferred.
