Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking motivated individuals with construction experience for a Construction Foreman in Training program in MCCOOK, NE.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, learning to lead crews, and understanding post-frame construction from start to finish. You will read blueprints, manage site activities, operate tools and equipment, and work outdoors year-round as you progress toward a Foreman role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.

The Job

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers
