Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a construction supervisor to oversee daily on‑site activities at military installations. The role requires guiding crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality workmanship across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in construction, strong reading of blueprints, and the ability to coordinate look‑ahead schedules with subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of safety policies and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, surveys and job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and coordinates activities of minor construction projects.
• Monitors ongoing work for adherence to safety policies and regulations.
• Ensures work complies with published specifications, project Scope of Work, and drawings.
• May also engage in the same construction trades work as the workers supervised.
• Supervises crews to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, morale and teamwork.
• Completes Daily Quality Control/Safety reports and submits them.
• Identifies and communicates project problems to the supervisor.
• Coordinates and maintains look‑ahead schedules for project readiness.
