Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for coordinating crews, interacting with project stakeholders, and documenting site activities.
• Experience supervising construction teams, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.
• Thorough understanding of construction safety standards and regulations, with a record of promoting safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications, and to identify and resolve field issues promptly.
• Previous experience as a foreman, lead, or supervisor in civil or commercial construction; wet utilities or concrete experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
