Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore® is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure site safety, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

You will plan work, solve field problems, and maintain open communication with clients and supervisors. A 5+ year construction background, OSHA 10, and a valid license are required; on-call availability and long hours are expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of residential or commercial construction experience.
  • Experience with framing, trim carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and complete required paperwork.
  • Valid state driver’s license (Real ID or equivalent).
  • OSHA Certified: 10 Hour Construction.
  • Must pass drug testing and background check.
  • Ability to be on-call 24/7 and work long shifts (12+ hours, up to 7 days per week).
  • Must supply and maintain necessary hand and power tools.

We are hiring an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, maintain job site safety, and ensure construction projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can plan work, solve problems in the field, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Job Site Leadership and Safety
  • Enforce all company policies and OSHA safety regulations across all job sites.
  • Promote a safety‑first culture, including proper use of tools, machinery, equipment, PPE, and adherence to training and safety procedures.
Daily Field Operations
  • Oversee daily on‑site construction operations, coordinating tasks and personnel according to priorities and project plans.
  • Delegate responsibilities to employees and subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensure adequate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to meet schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Adjust work activities based on weather, supply deliveries, or personnel changes.
  • Read, understand, and execute the full scope of work under contract and identify deviations requiring change orders.
Quality and Project Control
  • Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards on all job sites.
  • Monitor work to ensure compliance with contract documents and client expectations.
  • Identify and communicate potential change order items to project leadership.
Communication and Documentation
  • Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Provide regular project status updates to supervisors, clients, adjusters, and internal leadership.

Required Experience And Skills

Preferred Experience
  • Ability to drive vehicle GW of 10,001 pounds
  • Ability to pull 8-20’ enclosed trailer.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Work may take place in outdoor environments, extreme temperatures, wet/humid conditions, or around mechanical equipment.
  • Overtime and extended deployments may be required.
Schedule

This role may require overtime, on‑call availability, extended deployments, long shifts, and work in outdoor or challenging job site conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working safely in changing environments and under shifting project priorities.
