The position combines overseeing AR, billing, cash flow, and monthly statements with collaboration on project costs and benefits administration. A bachelor’s in accounting or finance is required; a master’s is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team (2–4 staff).
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections and vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Track project costs, financial performance and budgets with leadership.
• Review and manage business and health insurance programs.
• Assist with employee benefits and retirement plan administration.
