Job summary

Moyle Construction in Michigan is seeking a Financial Controller to lead a small team and keep the company financially strong. You’ll oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections and vendor payments, monitor cash flow, and prepare monthly financial statements.

You will work with leadership to track project costs, financial performance, and budget items, review insurance programs, and assist with employee benefits and retirement plan administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial reporting and accounting functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; Master’s degree a bonus.
• Accounting experience in the construction industry a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team (2-4 staff members).
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections & vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
