Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an Assistant Manager of Finance & Commercial Risk to bolster financial performance, risk management, contract compliance, and claims handling across the district.

You will partner with the Manager and district leadership to identify, analyze, and mitigate commercial risk, support negotiations with owners and subcontractors, and contribute to governance, process improvements, and robust financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, commercial risk, or related areas.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Construction or related industry experience preferred.
• Exposure to legal, contractual, commercial risk, or claim-related matters preferred.
• Experience supporting teams or informal leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Identify and evaluate commercial risks across the project lifecycle.
• Assist in contract reviews, drafting, and negotiation activities.
• Support insurance, claims, and compliance activities.
• Contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
