Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. seeks a Manager, Finance & Commercial Risk to lead financial performance, risk management, and contract compliance across the district. The role partners with operations to influence planning and drive disciplined execution of financial and commercial practices.

The ideal candidate will negotiate on behalf of the company, manage insurance and claims, and develop a high‑performing team focused on operational excellence and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, commercial risk, contract management, or project‑based environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Construction or related industry experience preferred
• Experience with legal, contractual, commercial risk, or claims‑related matters preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and commercial risk team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own financial performance, risk management, contract compliance, and claims management across the district.
• Negotiate on behalf of the company to protect PCL’s interests and ensure disciplined execution.
