Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support project accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role covers cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, HR-related tasks, and compliance for projects ranging from $1M to $4B.

You will participate in month-end close and help prepare financial reporting for project management, collaborating with operations teams across districts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• 0–2 years financial/data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office tools; strong analytical skills.

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and HR processes on projects.
• Assist month-end close and prepare financial reporting packages for project management.
• Analyze cost and revenue components including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Ensure internal controls across purchasing, billing and workflow processes.
