Job summary

Kiewit’s Eastern District in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, seeks a Finance Analyst to serve as the project-level finance lead, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and revenue recognition. You will collaborate with project management to ensure accurate reporting and timely decisions.

Responsibilities include variance analysis, invoicing support, and coaching project staff while maintaining strong internal controls and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for reporting.
• Experience with data visualization (Power BI) to present analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead project forecast reviews, validate forecasts against historical data.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for operations.
• Coach and manage project staff performance with clear expectations.
• Prepare client invoicing, manage accounts receivable and cash flow projections monthly.
• Review contracts, change orders, taxes, and labor terms.
• Support internal controls and audits.
