Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support project accounting and finance tasks in the Northern California District, based in Fairfield. The role focuses on cost control, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable, with exposure to multiple cost components and monthly closing activities.

As an integral part of the project team, you will contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 0-1 years of financial/data analysis experience; internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control and payroll for projects.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and other finance tasks.
• Participate in the month-end close process and financial reporting.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting for projects.
• Collaborate with Operations on cost, revenue components, and billing workflows.
• Help ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance Program and labor laws.
