Job summary

McKinstry, based in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Field Technologist to join our New Construction team. You will train, coach, troubleshoot and assist with implementing new and existing applications, technologies, and business systems to support craft worker infrastructure on on-site projects.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for tech inquiries, establish metrics, support SharePoint and dashboards, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated proficiency in managing technology projects or support of enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, Business or CS or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Bluebeam, and Autodesk products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for McKinstry craft worker infrastructure on-site.
• Establish metrics and quantify ROI for field technologies.
• Manage craft-facing SharePoint sites and document dashboards.
• Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training with cross-functional teams.
