Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Field Technologist for its New Construction team in Spokane, WA. You will train, coach, and troubleshoot, supporting on-site project teams with technology implementations and process improvements.

The role focuses on managing craft-facing technology, delivering training, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive nimble, productive project execution throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technology projects, development or support of enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/PM/Business/CS or related field.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, and related tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for craft worker technology initiatives and on-site deployments.
• Establish metrics, ROI, costs, benefits and overall impact of technology projects.
• Manage craft-facing SharePoint sites and support PDF/doc dashboards.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training; stay current with new technologies.
