Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal & email).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction preferred.
• Ability to lead a workforce of 50+ technicians to produce quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and inspect work progress from crews in accordance with jobsite safety, schedules, and requirements.
• Assist in screening/filtering applicants and hiring workforce personnel.
• Train and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
• Execute quality control and attend worksite inspections.
• Read specifications and blueprints to direct crews safely and efficiently.
• Work with jobsite field personnel.
