Highland Hospital is seeking a full-time on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a healthcare setting. You will be the primary field operations contact, driving on-time, within-budget delivery.

Required qualifications include an Associate's degree in a related field and 5 years of field management experience; OSHA-10/30 within 12 months; preferred 10 years in construction.

Job Description

Oversees day-to-day, on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Provides supervision and acts as a liaison between Project Management and contractors, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensures that all work aligns with the project specifications and regulatory requirements. Serves as the primary point of contact for field operations and plays a critical role in the successful delivery of construction projects.

Salary Range

$30.29-$42.68 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

1. Education: Associate's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the construction field management or construction site supervision required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Experience: 10 years of experience in the construction field, management, or construction site supervision preferred.
3. License/Certification Required:

5. Certified Health Care Constructor, Infection Control Risk Assessment preferred.

11. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required.
12. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
