Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction and preconstruction activities across power generation, industrial, and data center projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The role is highly mobile, field-based, and requires owning active job sites while managing subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in construction supervision, with EPC or data center exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction superintendent, field engineering, project execution, construction management, or a related field.
• Background in construction and/or engineering, with demonstrated comfort working on active construction sites.
• Experience with power generation, industrial, utility infrastructure, EPC, energy, or data center projects is strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; candidates without it must be willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company's on-site authority across multiple concurrent projects, overseeing job site operations, safety, quality, and contractor performance.
• Conduct site walks, constructability reviews, and preconstruction planning to identify potential risks and execution challenges.
• Monitor daily construction progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Direct contractor activities and resolve field issues to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Serve as the field representative on larger EPC projects, providing independent oversight and regular updates to project leadership.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other site personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Complete accurate daily construction logs and project documentation using online systems.
• Conduct ongoing field inspections and identify opportunities to improve project execution.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction and preconstruction activities across a portfolio of power generation, distributed generation, industrial, and data center projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

This is a highly mobile, field-based position for a hands-on construction professional who is comfortable taking ownership of active job sites, managing subcontractors, driving safety and quality, and keeping projects on schedule. The Superintendent will typically oversee 2–3 concurrent projects and serve as the primary on-site authority for day-to-day field operations.
