Job summary

emerysapp is seeking a Field Operations Intern to gain real-world experience across construction sites, supporting project teams, reviewing plans, budgets, and schedules.

You will observe field operations, work with project managers and engineers, and learn equipment reading, safety procedures, and plan reading in a hands-on program designed to build a solid foundation for future careers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management or Civil Engineering program.
• Strong academic performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of construction principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and management of construction projects.
• Assist in project documentation, including reports, plans, budgets, schedules.
• Gain field experience by observing sites and coordinating with crews.
