Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc.).
• Strong academic performance and interest in construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to assist in planning, execution, and management of construction projects.
• Spend time on construction sites observing and participating in activities.
• Assist in project documentation, including reports, plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Learn construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field staff to meet project goals.
• Participate in troubleshooting and solving construction-related challenges.
