DASNY (Dormitory Authority - State of New York ) is seeking a Field Representative to assist Project Managers in all aspects of construction projects, including contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and recovery planning. The role requires expertise in construction inspection, management, and supervision with independent judgment on routine to moderately complex matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree plus two years' experience as a Junior Field Representative or Assistant Project Manager; or Bachelor’s degree plus three years relevant experience; or Associate's degree plus four years' experience; or Associate’s degree plus five years relevant experience; or High school diploma or equivalent plus eight years relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with five years construction industry experience and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and observing construction, installation, and testing of building systems to ensure compliance with documents.
• Coordinate the work of all trades and review bid materials and contractor qualifications.
• Attend meetings, prepare notes, and assist in project closeout and documentation.
