Job summary

DASNY is seeking a Field Representative to assist Project Managers in monitoring construction, contract administration and budget/schedule recovery planning. You will coordinate trades, read plans and ensure quality per construction documents.

Travel may be required; you will participate in meetings, review bids, and ensure contractor compliance with procedures while supporting multiple client agencies across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus relevant construction management experience.
• Experience reading plans, specs, addenda and bid materials.
• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction, installations and testing for compliance with documents.
• Coordinate trades and review bid materials and awards.
• Assist in budget and schedule reviews, change orders and claims.
• Prepare meeting notes, status reports and project closeout checklists.
• Interact with client agencies and ensure adherence to DASNY procedures.
