Job summary

DASNY seeks a Field Representative to assist senior project managers in construction oversight, contract administration, and budget/schedule management across complex building projects. You will monitor compliance with design documents, coordinate trades, and participate in bid reviews and contract awards.

The role emphasizes site inspections, quality assurance, and reporting, with regular travel and interaction with client agencies to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with construction/PM exposure.
• Experience in contract administration and project oversight.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and bid materials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction, testing, and building systems for compliance.
• Coordinate trades and manage project activities to close out.
• Review bids, qualifications, and recommend awards to Procurement.
• Prepare status reports and monitor budgets and schedules.
• Conduct meetings and document follow-ups; liaise with client agencies.
