DASNY is seeking a Field Representative to support Project Managers in construction oversight, contract administration, budget/schedule evaluation, and recovery planning. You will monitor building system installations, coordinate trades, and ensure compliance with contract provisions and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and client agencies, conducting field inspections, and preparing meeting notes and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with multiple years in DASNY-related roles or equivalent construction management experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specs, bid docs, and contracts.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and supervising field activities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor construction, testing, and operation of building systems to ensure conformance with documents.
• Coordinate trades and manage field inspections across disciplines.
• Review plans and addenda to support project decisions.
• Ensure quality and compliance with contract provisions and standards.
• Lead and participate in meetings and document follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout lifecycle.
