Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in residential & commercial construction observation.
• Strong technical expertise related to construction activities.
• Familiar with local city standards and specifications.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret construction plans.
• Experience with grading, utility and street construction.

Responsibilities

• On-site observations of construction activities for site infrastructure.
• Evaluate erosion control and monitor grading.
• Observe utility and paving construction.
• Review testing reports and ensure compliance with plans.
• Prepare weekly construction summary reports and review pay apps.
