Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in Building Construction or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Basic ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Knowledge of area schedules and scheduling concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Excel and Smartsheet scheduling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist field personnel in their site-specific responsibilities.
• Assist field personnel in quality control inspections and documentation.
• Ability to perform construction material takeoffs and make estimates for future needs.
• Understand company / project safety plan.
• Assist with coordinating subcontractor deliverables for project execution.
