Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry Level – Bachelors Mechanical Engineer, Civil/ Industrial Engineering etc.
• Experience with the application of pertinent industry codes is required.
• Strong skills in developing and executing project concepts, including objectives, scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to give and take direction; and a team player.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Access and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities by monitoring, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
• Review specifications and drawings to ensure construction progress is on schedule.
• Provide engineering support to develop designs, drawings and documentation.
• Work with site management, design/project engineers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Update and track project status; generate status reports.
• Assist in preparing change orders and material takeoffs; coordinate deliveries.
