What You’ll Do

- Observing quality and field progress by participating in site walks and assigned quality assurance/quality control reviews, documenting installed work with photos, and reporting discrepancies or coordination needs to the project team.
- Reviewing project requirements and identifying issues by reading plans, specifications, and other project documents, recognizing inconsistencies or changes, and bringing questions or potential problems to the appropriate project-team members.
- Coordinating information across the project team by participating in meetings, documenting updates and action items, supporting inspection and permitting activities, and helping office and field teams maintain a shared understanding of project status and requirements.
Additional duties will include:
- Supporting change documentation by gathering information related to potential scope changes and maintaining accurate records in established project-control systems.
- Assisting with field logs and reporting by documenting site observations, work progress, manpower information, and other project information requested by the Project Manager or project team.
- Supporting project closeout by helping assemble accurate, complete, and organized closeout documentation and final project records.
- Promoting safe project execution by participating in safety activities, remaining alert to field conditions, and promptly reporting unsafe conditions through the appropriate project and Safety-team channels.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing useful observations and feedback that can improve project documentation, coordination, quality, and workflow.

- A dependable, proactive approach to learning, including the willingness to seek feedback, take on new responsibilities, ask questions, and build capability through hands-on project experience.

- Construction-related education, such as coursework or a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, or other technical project documents.
- Familiarity with construction project software, document-management systems, Microsoft Office applications, or tools such as Procore.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to notice changes, inconsistencies, and field conditions that may affect quality, coordination, or project progress.
