Job summary

Brinkman Construction seeks a Construction Executive to lead multiple project teams in Northern Colorado, from preconstruction through closeout. You will steer schedules, budgets, and risk, while developing staff and guiding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• LEAN construction methods and BIM knowledge.
• Colorado Class A Contractor License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide decisive leadership for multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Mentor and develop staff; recruit and manage team members as needed.
• Oversee project schedules, risk management, and financial forecasting with field teams.
