Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Estimator or related bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of sitework experience.
• Strong understanding of various contract types.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the design process and establish preliminary budgets.
• Analyze blueprints and project documentation for estimates.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoff and build bid estimates.
• Adjust estimates as changes occur in project scope.
• Evaluate subcontractor and material proposals for completeness.
