gobravvo is seeking a Construction Estimator Project Manager to oversee the full estimation lifecycle for commercial painting and waterproofing projects. You will lead pre-construction and construction phases, coordinating with project teams to produce accurate bids and manage costs.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented cost control, analytical thinking, and collaboration across internal and external partners. A strong background in construction and proposal development is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, cost management, and project management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in painting or waterproofing industries is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying contract terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the estimation process for assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
• Thoroughly analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to collect essential data for preparing detailed bids.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure advantageous pricing and quality services.
• Monitor and track project costs during construction to maintain adherence to established budgetary guidelines.
• Offer insights and support regarding pricing strategies and value engineering for maximizing project profitability.
• Review and evaluate contracts to confirm accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in local travel to project sites as needed for estimation and oversight duties.
