Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years estimating experience in division 7 scopes.
• Ability to travel to job sites; valid driver's license.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Estimating—analyze drawings to determine material and labor needs.
• Plan and execute projects, oversee scheduling and budgeting.
• Lead field crews and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and approve invoices.
• Ensure safety compliance and document control.
