Job summary

3G Companies is seeking an Estimator to lead cost estimating and preconstruction activities for complex commercial projects. You will develop budgets, review takeoffs, and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

The role requires 2–4 years of estimating experience, proficiency with Sage/On-Screen Takeoff/Modelogix/Bluebeam, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience with Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, Modelogix, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Understanding of the preconstruction process, including design development and cost budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual budgets, estimates, schedules, and proposals.
• Complete and organize quantity takeoffs.
• Review labor, material, and trade partner costs for accuracy.
• Solicit bids from trade partners and suppliers.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, trade partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain cost history and project estimating data.
