Job summary

Cranshaw Construction is seeking an Estimator to develop accurate construction estimates across all design phases for diverse project types. You will use advanced takeoff and estimating tech to collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners to evaluate costs and support informed decisions.

The role requires 5-10 years' estimating experience, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with Sage Estimating, Construct Connect Takeoff, Assemble, Revit, and Procore.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of estimating experience
• Strong experience with Excel and Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to identify risks and advise on solutions
• Experience with takeoff software and cost analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project scope and cost estimates across design phases
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis with high accuracy
• Manage subcontractor bid solicitation and bidder coverage for scopes
• Prepare narratives, qualifications, assumptions for estimates and bid packages
• Contribute to estimating best practices and historical cost data
