Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Estimator in McLean, VA to own preconstruction lifecycles, perform cost modeling, and craft competitive, value-engineered bids. You will work with trade partners to deliver precise estimates and support handoff to operations on winning bids.

The role requires 2–5+ years in estimating, proficiency with Beck DESTINI Estimator and allied tools, and an Associate’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

2 to 5+ years of dedicated estimating experience.
Experience estimating large-scale projects ($50M+) across multiple sectors.
Mastery of modern digital construction workflows: Beck DESTINI Estimator, Building Connected, Togal.AI, Bluebeam, and AGTEK Earthwork.
Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related technical discipline.
Capability to pass standard federal background screenings to access sites.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Clark Project Managers and Superintendents to transition winning bids into operations.
