Job summary

You will collaborate with trade partners to deliver precise, competitive, and value-engineered estimates from day one.

The role requires 5–10+ years of estimating experience and a bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil/Structural Eng, or Architecture.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years estimating experience.
• Experience estimating large-scale projects ($50M+) across sectors.
• Knowledge of DC/MD/VA trade partners, labor, and regs.
• Proficiency in Beck DESTINI Estimator, Building Connected, Togal.AI, Bluebeam, AGTEK Earthwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil/Structural Eng, Arch, or related field.
• Ability to pass federal background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Direct conceptual, schematic, design-development, and GMP estimates for large-scale developments.
• Build scopes of work, lead trade leveling, ensure bid-day coverage.
• Identify cost-effective design alternatives aligned with code and intent.
• Monitor regional commodity fluctuations and labor availability.
• Partner with Clark PMs and Superintendents to transition bids to operations.
• Provide guidance and training to project engineers and junior estimators.
