We’re hiring a Construction Estimator to join a dynamic and fast-moving GC in Pittsburgh. This team focuses on high-impact interior renovations and fit-outs, delivering precision and value on projects ranging up to $5 million.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and develop accurate cost estimates and conceptual budgets
2. Research material, labor, and equipment pricing for a variety of scopes and market conditions
3. Generate trade-specific bid packages and scopes of work to ensure full project coverage
4. Support team efforts by organizing and analyzing cost data in clear, accessible formats
5. Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to clarify project details
6. Interpret architectural drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracy

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience estimating commercial renovation, TI, and/or fit-out projects
2. Strong skills in quantity take-offs and scope generation
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and estimating software (e.g., MC2 or similar)
4. Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
5. Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal
