• Review project documents to understand scope and requirements.
• Prepare and solicit quotes for project estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, risk, procurement, and subs contractors to define scopes and budgets.
• Communicate methodology and pricing rationale to stakeholders.
• Organize hand-off of estimates to operations.
