Job summary

Wolf Creek Contracting, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids for concrete, general trades, and general contracting projects. You will work with leadership, project management, and field teams to ensure estimates are complete and aligned with field execution.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to read plans and specs. Hybrid/remote opportunities are available with travel to Waterford, OH as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, GC, and general trades scopes.
• Experience with self-perform and subcontracted work.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and Microsoft Office (Procore a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Bid & Preconstruction Support.
• Identify and track bidding opportunities.
• Review plans, specs, addenda, and RFIs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions with leadership.
