Job summary

Razorback LLC in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for government and water-infrastructure projects. This in-person role requires gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to build competitive bids.

You will collaborate with project developers, subcontractors, clients and the bid team to price bids, assess risks, maintain cost databases and present clear quotes.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction bid preparation and cost estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and general conditions.
• Knowledge of government contract requirements and takeoff procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Price bids in collaboration with the bid team and vendors to ensure competitive quotes.
• Maintain cost databases and track pricing trends for accurate estimates.
