Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, seeks an Estimator/Financial Analyst for its Boston HQ. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and successful project delivery.

The role covers budgeting, bidding, leveling, and assisting in awarding diverse projects while supporting the team through all stages of construction. The position is office or project site based, with responsibilities spanning bid

Qualifications

• BS/BA or relevant construction/finance experience.
• 3–5 years estimating, purchasing, and related duties.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office/Excel).
• Willing to report daily to Manhattan office.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating process on projects $5M–$100M per year.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior construction projects.
• Budgeting and budgeting evolution through design documents.
• Review drawings, specs, and project docs for scope and labor.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform risk analysis and value engineering recommendations.
• Lead kickoff and closeout meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain bid phase through project completion with RFIs and changes.
