Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead the estimating process for civil and site development projects, including earthwork, utilities, paving, and concrete.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of estimating experience in civil construction and strong takeoff, bidding, and cost analysis skills, with the ability to collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams; HCSS experience is a plus.

Our expertise includes complete site development, earthwork, grading, paving, underground utilities, concrete construction, demolition, striping, and signage, delivering projects from start to finish.

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead the estimating process for civil and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating earthwork, utility, concrete, paving, and infrastructure projects while helping drive accurate, competitive bids and successful project delivery.
