Wolf Creek Contracting is seeking an experienced Estimator based in Waterford, OH to prepare accurate bids for concrete, general trades, and contracting projects. This office-based role supports bid cycles and collaborates with leadership, project management, and field teams to ensure estimates are complete and realistic.

You will build estimates from plans, specs, and subcontractor quotes, identify constructability risks, and contribute to go/no-go decisions during preconstruction through

Qualifications

• 3–7 years estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Bid & Preconstruction support.
• Identify and track bidding opportunities.
• Review plans, specs, addenda, and RFIs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions with leadership.
• Travel for site walks and client meetings.
