Job summary

LeoForce in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead cost projections for ground-up commercial projects. You will develop accurate estimates and collaborate with design and operations to win bids.

Candidates should have 5+ years in construction estimating, with commercial experience in K-12, municipal, or retail sectors; familiarity with estimating software is a plus; local work only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Experience with Commercial Construction required.
• K-12, municipal or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Lead bid estimation efforts for ground-up developments.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure bid competitiveness.
