• 2–5 years of estimating, project management, engineering, or related field experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Performs drawing and field quantity takeoffs to prepare project bids.
• Attends bid walks to verify scope and calculate quantities/costs.
• Researches material, labor, and equipment pricing for cost estimates.
• Builds estimates using Excel and STACK and creates bid proposal packages.
• Records leads and bid information in CRM such as HubSpot.
• Maintains project documentation in estimating software and CRM.
• Coordinates with project management to communicate scope to operations.
• Seeks out additional bid opportunities from customers.
• Compares actual costs to estimates to improve estimating.
• Reviews budgets and profitability with operations as needed.
• Supports change-order estimates throughout project phases.
