Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an Estimator to support the plant in Littleton, CO. The role requires analyzing drawings and documents to generate accurate take-offs, pricing, and quotes in collaboration with sales, production, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include handling inbound RFQs, ensuring timely quotes, and maintaining thorough cost estimates. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction/bidding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Reading schematics and engineering drawings.
• 3+ years of construction and/or bidding experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete take-offs and quotes for RFQs.
• Send quotes to customers before due date.
• Coordinate with sales on proposal strategy and design changes.
• Collaborate with vendors to prepare bids and proposals.
• Manage multiple bids of varying size and complexity.
• Review drawings and specs to prepare cost and labor estimates.
• Utilize market price lists provided by sales manager.
• Assist in department improvement initiatives.
