Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator for a leading commercial general contractor in the Wilmington area. This mid-sized firm offers growth opportunities and a diverse project mix, including K-12, healthcare, and industrial work.

You will contribute to competitive bids and project estimates with an emphasis on quality and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in Construction or a related field and bring 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, with preference for

Job Details

BS/MS in Construction or similar experience plus:

• 3+ years’ experience in Construction Estimating
• Experience with Commercial Construction required
• K-12, higher ed, healthcare or other general commercial experience preferred
• Experience in the Philly/Wilmington market preferred
