IAPMO Group is seeking a capable estimator to create and implement project and bid strategies in the Commercial Construction industry. You will analyze proposals and historical cost data to drive new business opportunities and win bids.

The role involves attending bid meetings, preparing cost analyses, and reviewing project budgets within the commercial GC sector, leveraging strong MS Office skills and construction management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field of study.
• Experience estimating projects in the commercial GC sector.
• Experience with bidding projects in the $1-30 million range.
