Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, preferably in residential or light commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction materials, building methods, labor costs, and subcontractor pricing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with estimating software is a plus.
