Job summary

Resource Hub Consulting in New York seeks an experienced Construction Estimator to develop competitive, detailed cost estimates for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. You will manage estimates from initial review through final bid submission.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or six years of related experience, broad knowledge of trades, proficiency with estimating software and MS Office, and excellent communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or six years of equivalent experience.
• Construction or engineering degree preferred.
• Experience estimating across at least three trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and labor markets.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently prepare complete estimates with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated estimating experience across at least three construction trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and labor markets.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently prepare complete estimates with minimal supervision.
